Atlantis did not disappoint. 5 start food and service. Welcoming professional Staff. Very Friendly. Manager hands on willing to accommodate any request possible. Dive team Very experienced. Dive Master Harold was top notch. Dive sites were fabulous.

We were on a dive trip and heard great things and it lived upto and exceeded expectations.
The diving was excellent mostly due to the enthusiasm the dive guide had in preparing us for the dive and the actual dive.
Cyrus Cuizon was unbelievable. Always preparing us for the next dive. While on a dive he was patient when needed and genuinely happy for us when he pointed out everything possible. He searched out all the creatures on every specific dive.
Thank you Atlantis for providing us with a great guide.

Atlantis dive resorts are the BEST, I traveled with a group of 19 and they took the best care of us. All aspects of the trip, including some complicated transfers, were booked and executed flawlessly. From the moment we arrived in their care the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and like family. The restaurant staff and chefs prepared amazing meals and quick personalized service. The diving is INCREDIBLE and the dive staff go above and beyond to meet all of your wants and keep you safe (special shout out to Norway who was the best critter spotter EVER). I really can't say enough good things about Atlantis, there were honestly no negatives. If the flights weren't so long to get there I would visit every year.
*My group stayed 5 days at Atlantis Puerto Galera and 5 days at Atlantis Dumaguete so if you see the same review for Puerto Galera that is why ;)

Atlantis Dive Resort Dumaguete - Negros Island-- an excellent resort to diving. Swimming. And snorkelling..the tour must guided and always be helpful .and carefulprotect by them by a tourist

Room are spacious clean and well decor with a sea vuew comportable relaxing to stay!!!
Restaurant in front of tje beach such as very relaxing cool wind while eating meals..
Elegant and descent foods was great. The hotel is pretty and gorgeous location difinitely staff is always heloful and caring all you needs are there

This was the best vacation I’ve ever had!! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were amazing and the staff made accommodations for my food sensitivities. The dive crew was very helpful and always willing to lend a hand without asking. Our dive master Art was the best! He took good care of our group and made the experience fun and safe. The resort itself is gorgeous and well cared for by its landscaping staff. Housekeeping was meticulous and the spas treatments and staff were awesome. My only recommendation would be to have better conditioner in the ring. The resort offers a shampoo/conditioner blend but it still leaves hair dry. Other than that everything was perfect!!! Can’t wait to come back!! ❤️

The Atlantis resort needs more than 5 stars. Top to bottom the staff is amazing, resort is beautiful and food is great. The diving here is second to none, absolutely amazing. We dove with the dive master Harnold and words cannot describe how amazing he was this week. Super knowledgeable, very friendly and kept us laughing the entire week. His ability to find nearly microscopic creatures was a sight to behold. Upon arrival, everyone knows your name and you are treated like loyalty by all. It was our second visit to this resort and certainly we will return! I highly recommend this place to all divers!!!

PRE-Trip: Reservation team were the most outstanding communicators I’ve experienced in 30 years of dive trip planning. Timely, concise, and on point. (Jacky, Mench, Emily, Maribel: You ROCK!).
DIVE TEAM: Very professional, friendly, and over-the-top helpful. Dive Master Cyrus took incredibly good care of us - we’ll be recommending him by name to our friends that plan to travel here soon. The other DMs were fantastic too, we just got very attached to ours (Cyrus). Great dive briefings, accompanied by hand painted maps of the sites (delightfully professional). And as with any well-run organization, we also noticed that the DMs have a POD mtg every morning (Plan Of The Day).
DIVE SHOP/GEAR AREA & CAMERA ROOM: They obviously took great care in laying out the arrangements for divers. From where and how you store your gear to dry in between dives, to the benches laying out, to the awesome camera room, this is exactly our kind of place (a divers paradise resort!).
DIVING: I wanted to see new and different things, and my mission was accomplished. Multi-colors of feather stars, sea horses, octopus, giant turtles, vibrantly colored fish, ETC!
FOOD/RESTAURANT PERSONNEL: Food was outstanding. More over-the-top friendly and helpful staff. Chef was a good sport about my continual special orders. Annie, Tim, Allieta, and King (Bar), and others: Thank you for taking such good care of us.
RESORT: Beautifully appointed. Very peaceful and quiet location.
EXCURSIONS: Apo Island trip was a treat. They bbq the meats on board and lunch was waiting for us in between dives. Here again, the best on-a-dive-boat-lunch we’ve ever experienced. And then some fine ladies of Apo Island rowed to our boat and boarded to present their wares for sale. Talk about luxury service! We also did the whale shark excursion. Recommend doing this on a week day as it’s a bit of tourist attraction. The Atlantis team was very professional about giving us a PRE-trip briefing the afternoon before (what to expect, timing, what to and not to do, like no sunscreen). Brilliantly carried out. And another chef-cooked meal waiting for us after swimming with the whale sharks (DEluxe!).
RESORT MGMT: Joseph (Resort Mgr), Cedric (Asst Mgr) and Albert (Wait Staff Mgr) were very attentive to us. They made my birthday very special. We also lucked out in getting to meet CEO Steve who was on site during our trip.

Definitely the ideal spot for intense diving while being pampered with high quality of housing. Food experience is quite amazing and the Chef will surprise you everyday. Do not hesitate to spend time at the bar where you will be warmly welcome.
Staff is absolutely great and you will be surprised by everyone calling you by your name after hrs ! :)))

DUMAGUETE, PHILIPPINES 🇵🇭 SCUBA DIVE RESORT - THE BEST‼️ 12 days and 11 nights of genuine, kind, consistent impeccable customer service‼️Our scuba dive team, based in FL, but from several states encountered the most amazing personnel during our stay. The dive masters and their support team, all went above and beyond for our safety and joyful diving experience! If weather wasn't conducive to diving, we were invited to classroom presentations by the dive masters on the sea life. They were very informative! It's exciting to witness their brilliance and uniqueness but to also learn their life span, habits, etc elevates the diving experience. The restaurant, bar, spa, housekeeping, transportation, dive shop, landscaping, office .. are all staffed with professionals!! We were treated with impeccable service!
